If you modify your scheduled services less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for all of the originally scheduled services.
I allow a 10 min late grace period. If you are later than that, some services might have to be skipped and/or your appointment will be cancelled.
—-If you are sick, we must reschedule. Please let me know ASAP if you are ill to avoid cancellation fees. If you come in obviously ill or with contagious / infectious skin conditions, your appointment will be cancelled. —-

What forms of payment can I use?
I accept cash, all visa / debit / Mastercard, ApplePay and *AfterPay.
*AfterPay is a buy now pay later option. Payments are broken up twice a month for 4 months, interest free. Let me know beforehand if you would like to use this option or have any qestions. It requires some setting up, but it’s super simple & I can help.
Why is the front door locked??
Our salon is by appointment only. This means we do not have regular business hours. Oftentimes the door will be locked momentarily. No need to fret, – I will be right there. (If you arrive early, I may be taking a few min break before our appointment – going to the restroom, stuffing my face in the corner, ect.)
How should I prep my hair for a curly cut?
For the best results during your curly cut appointment, it’s ideal to arrive with your hair dry and styled as you normally would. I specialize in cutting curly hair when it’s dry, as this allows me to assess strand health, determine lengths accurately, and understand the unique behavior of your curls. Curly hair loves to express its uniqueness, doesn’t it?
Should I wash my hair before my hair color appointment?
We’ve all heard that “dirty” hair is more ideal to color than hair that’s been freshly washed. While it is true that our natural scalp oils help keep our strands hydrated during the coloring process, excessive product buildup does not. If you have days worth of dry shampoo or hairspray in your hair, it’s a good idea to wash it.
How can I contact you?
Please leave me a voicemail or a text if you are contacting me via phone. I only respond when I know you’re not spam. Expect to hear from me on my next business day if you contact me later in the evening.
I don’t answer while mid appointment. I will get back to you as soon as I have a free moment. Your patience, understanding and not calling me multiple times in a row is very much appreciated.
How do I reschedule / cancel my appointment?
In the appointment acceptance text you receive from , there is a link for your appointment details. It gives you the options to cancel, reschedule & even start a GPS route to the salon.
Alternatively, you can just get a hold of me and I can take care of it for you.
*Note: you do not have to download any apps.
